We are a team of Clinical Psychologists and Psychotherapists providing psychological services virtually in Ontario, Canada. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a type of therapy that you may be familiar with. It is based on decades of data that support the interconnection between our emotions, our thoughts, and our behaviours. CBT allows you to see experiences from a different perspective and to make sense of patterns that keep you feeling stuck. This approach aims to provide you with a greater sense of confidence to manage emotions, to choose behaviours that move you toward your goals, and to think in a more balanced way. It is our favourite approach because the research backs it up, and because we've seen it help so many.
